Algorithmic Music
Sébastien Roux presents a selection of his Algorithmic Music, compositions generated by computer processes where calculation, logic, and sound perception intersect. The pieces are presented with a touch of humor and detachment, and the accompanying commentary invites the listener to an active listening experience, focused on the evolution of the processes involved, the psychoacoustic effects, and other otoacoustic emissions.
For this occasion, the pieces will be spatialized within a setup designed to resonate with the installations and sculptures of Vincent Menu.
