At the intersection of language, technology, and gender, Cécile Babiole subverts systems of signs, whether computer-based, written, or oral. Her installations blend text, sound, weaving, and signals to highlight their algorithmic, repetitive, or cyclical nature. Analog, digital, handcrafted, or electronic, her works translate these systems into sensory forms: weaving becomes musical scores, signals circulate, and words are transformed.
