Alan Courtis & Os Heróis Indianos Romanos Africanos
First welcomed to Barreiro in 2016, Argentine musician Alan Courtis quickly became a central figure in a unique, barrier-free journey of musical experimentation with Associação NÓS. Together with a diverse group of participants, which includes artist-facilitators Bá Alvares, André Neves and Leonardo Bindilatti, this ongoing project has revealed — year after year — the boundless possibilities of collective sonic creation, wonder, and liberation. Os Heróis Indianos Romanos Africanos reunite once again for a special concert marking 10 years of this shared path, presenting an ever-growing, never-to-be-repeated repertoire. Back in the auditorium of the Barreiro Municipal Library this February — a space full of memory, and of new promises. Let’s celebrate.
